February 2023

CivicScheduler case management module allows medical practitioners to track and securely store patient data, such as profile and billing information, case notes, appointment scheduling and history, and lab results.

January 2023

• 24 hour text message appointments reminders with option to Cancel or Confirm
• Preferred language used to send text message, currently support English, Spanish, Portuguese and Haitian Creole
• Patient file upload options include parent/guardian photo, birth certificate, proof of address and vaccine record

• CivicScheduler EMR/EHR renews ONC-HealthIT certification

September 2022

• Manage appointment types based on your practice needs and requirements.  Some examples include Adult Immunization Clinic, Child Immunization Clinic, Monkeypox/Jynneos Vaccine, Moderna BIVALENT BOOSTER
• Easily schedule the patients future appointments with point-and-click options
• Dynamically set appointments status dynamically based on the appointment type.  If the submission needs to be reviewed / approved before the appointment is scheduled, the default appointment status will be Pending notifying the patient via email and text.
